Founding Partner, Vic immigrated with his parents to Orange County from Austria, and has spent his entire career as a certified public accountant, serving as Audit Partner with Deloitte & Touche. In 1985, he formed HBLA where he re-engineered his “big 4” experience and standards and offered accounting services to privately owned businesses and their owners at reasonable rates.
